The Role of the Midwife in Continence Care

This course has been designed for Midwives to enable them to work with women throughout their pregnancy to reduce their risk of developing incontinence. 

The course has 4 modules:

1. Normal function of the pelvic organs and the effects of pregnancy
2. Continence problems during pregnancy
3. Intra-partum continence care
4. Post-partum continence care
